Boyden is a global organization with a presence in every major business center in the world, operating under a single brand: Boyden. With the global support of their Boyden colleagues, our local partners have the ability and expertise to make the best decisions for their individual markets.
Boyden was founded over 60 years ago, as a pioneer in the executive search industry. Its first Swiss office opened in Zürich in 1995, bringing to the region a rich heritage as the leading international retained executive search firm. Today the Zürich office, led by Managing Partner Armin Meier, is one of Boyden’s most active in Europe. Armin is joined by a team of experienced search consultants with expertise in a range of industries, such as manufacturing, life sciences, construction, retail and financial services.
In the spring of 2015 Boyden opened an office in Geneva. The Lake Geneva region is home to a number of global and EMEA headquarters of major consumer and luxury goods brands, prominent wealth management institutions, world leaders in the flavour & fragrance industry and commodity trading companies, cutting-edge life science & biotech firms, as well as international organisations and sport federations.
A highly regarded talent expert at the senior executive and board levels, Cornelia Tänzler leads the new team as Managing Partner. Her vast experience with international consumer, luxury, fashion and retail companies and her extensive network within the Lake Geneva business community further strengthens Boyden’s focus on senior leadership recruitment in these key sectors and reinforces our market leadership in Switzerland.
